Limited site access and an active gondola nearby meant standard lifting wasn’t an option. We adjusted the jib length to meet gondola clearance requirements, keeping the build moving without forklifts and without disturbing the HOA-protected natural landscaping.

We loaded the pool at the vendor’s facility, transported it to the home, and lifted it into place with our boom truck. Once in position, the pool vendor made fine adjustments until it was perfectly level. One mobilization, two lifts, done.

A seven-story building — five stories of living space over two levels of parking structure — demanded more hook height than a standard self-erecting crane could provide. We brought in our HT47 with climbing mast capable of reaching 125 feet. A tight driveway meant precise crane placement near the building — freeing the lane for other equipment to move safely throughout the project.
